I was able to spend quite a it of time out on the office porch yesterday, and even though it was just a bit chilly, I think it was even colder inside the office! This time of year is weird like that, so I welcome any chance to be outside.
And Jillian and I finished working our way through Hebrews, here are two passages we talked about that really stood out to me:
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?”
What can man do to me?”
Hebrews 13:5-6
May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Hebrews 13:20-21
